DIET INSTRUCTIONS CEREALS Cereals to be consumed Whole wheat, Oatmeal, Whole grains cereals, Finger millet, Corn, Millet Cereals to be avoided White refined flour and its products, White rice, Refined Grains. FRUITS Fruits to be consumed Banana, Prunes, Papaya, Avocado, Cherries, Strawberries, Apples, Amla, Pomegranate, Apricot Fruits to be avoided All canned and packaged fruits and citrus fruits. LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY TIPS Walk for at least 30-45 min is recommended. Whole fruit should be preferred to fruit juices. Water intake should be increased at least 8-10 glass regularly Skipping of meals should be avoided, especially the breakfast Herbal Tea- Boil 1/2 tsp each of fennel, coriander, cumin in 3 cups of water till it's reduced to 1 cups. Soaked Almond- 6 pieces + 2 figs per day Note - Control your diet, eat healthy- regularly and stay away from synthetic additives in foods. The diet chart is given above takes into consideration the quality of the various nutrients like carbohydrates, minerals, fats, vitamins, and proteins properly.
